[Aim to be Certified Care Worker] our goal and the common goal of our fellow collage school of Certified Care Workers Here in Japan.


The Welfare/Nursing Care Department is a department designated by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare to be able to train care workers to support the elderly and physically handicapped people. Kanto Welfare College set a curricullum with the educational policy of practical education reflecting the importance of human nature and the voices of the workplace, as well as taking courses designated by the country necessary for acquiring national qualifications. We train certified care worker specialist with coaching guidance through homeroom system so that the students can have a peace of mind from admission to graduation. This school became the first designated training school by the nationwide unit care promotion council in 2013, and our school educate our students that emphasises on individual care which is the basic idea of nursing care.

Curriculum to Foster a rich Human Development As a Certified Care Worker will exercise the knowledge and the heart that becomes adaptable and has a fighting potential in the field of welfare. In school in addition to master the knowledge and skills related in nursing care welfare.
