[Qualification For Admission]
1. High school graduate or candidate for graduation March 2021.
2. High school graduate or a person who was found to have equal or greater academic ability or applicants, who receive a 12 years of formal education in a foreign country.
In addition, international applicants who graduated 10 years or 11 years of secondary education with 18 years of age and has completed the institutions designated “Preparatory Education Curriculum”.
3. For international students, who satisfy any of the following conditions (1) to (4).
(1) An international student who passed the N2 level or higher of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test conducted by the Japan Association of International Education and Japan Foundation.
(2) An international student who acquire 200 points or more (Japanese language: Reading and Listening Comprehension) in the Examination for Japanese University Admission (EJU).
(3) An international student who received a Japanese language education for more than 1 year or at least six months in a Japanese language educational institution recognize by the Association for the Promotion of Japanese Language Education and notified by the Minister of Justice.
(4) An international students, who received a formal education for one year or more at elementary school, junior high school or senior high school in Japan.

※Our school is required to practice in the nursing care facilities etc. Our school request the applicants to submit a medical certificate at the time of filling of application.
※ For International students, please submit the transcript of records or grades from the Japanese language school and Japanese Language Proficiency Test(JLPT) result certificate.
※Personal information that has been written in the submitted documents, will be used only for the entrance exam and school admission procedures.
2. ENTRANCE EXAMINATION FEE
(Designated School Recommendation・AO Admission are exempted)
Fee: 25,000 yen
Fill out the transfer payment slip for the entrance examination fee and transfer payment in the nearest financial institution.
3. APPLICATION METHOD
Application in accordance with admission must be seal in application envelope. Please submit via mail or bring directly to the school registrar office.
･Send via postal mail: Mail to the school via simple registered mail.
･ For applicants, who will bring their application directly to the school registrar office. Our school office hours is from Weekdays 9:00 a.m to 4:30 p.m
※Office is close during Sat, Sun, National holiday and School Holiday.
1. ADMISSION ON RECOMMENDATION (Category 1-4)
(1) DESIGNATED SCHOOL RECOMMENDATION
※One of the requirements for enrollment is a recommendation letter from the appointed school we have designated. Recommendation request form and the recommended application form will be sent out to your school by June. During the application, please use the recommended application form. For more information, please contact your high school.
(2) SCHOOL RECOMMENDATION
・High school graduate or candidate for March 2021 graduation.
・A student who was recognized by the school principal with a qualified average rating of 3.0 or greater.
(3) SELF RECOMMENDATION
･High school graduate or candidate for March 2021 graduation.
･A person who is healthy with a strong interest and enthusiasm in nursing care to make as its future profession. Average rating of 2.7 or greater.
(4) MEMBER OF THE SOCIETY RECOMMENDATION
･High school graduate
･A person who is healthy with a strong interest and enthusiasm in nursing care to make as its future profession.
2. GENERAL ADMISSION
A person who does not correspond in the admission by recommendation.
3. AO ADMISSION
1. Admission by Recommendation： Document Screening, Interview
2. General Admission：Document Screening, Interview, Essay (600 characters)
[ANNOUNCEMENT OF SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS・ADMISSION PROCEDURE ]
(1) Screening result is sent out via mail within a week from the day of exam.
(2) For successful applicants, according to the delivered tuition fee notice, tuition fee is paid within 10 days after notification.
(3) When the payment for tuition fee is confirm, admission letter is sent out immediately via postal mail.
(4) Approve applicants will proceed to 2nd admission procedure. Notification of school entrance ceremony (End of February)
※ If the admission procedure before the specified date is not performed, Our school consider it as no intention for admission.

※Our school does not accept refunds when payment has been done. However, for the applicants of general admission who wish to decline their application, Our school accept refunds for school payment except for the admission fee
until March 31, 2021.
